The Marquette Builders Exchange provides up-to-date information on commercial construction projects being bid across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and also offers high quality blueprint scanning and copying for members and the general public.
For a yearly rate of only $350.00, members receive instant access to the online planroom, a weekly newsletter subscription detailing upcoming projects, and a company listing in the Membership directory. Current members include general contractors and subcontractors, architectural and engineering firms, residential builders, suppliers, and unions.

Marquette Builders Exchange Annual Meeting & Social
Thursday, May 2 from 5-8 pm at the Upper Peninsula Brewing Company in Negaunee
Join us for this fun & casual event where members have a chance to connect and learn more about the organization. Dinner will be from Gravedoni’s pizza, drinks from UPBC, and music by Bryan Benson. Door prizes include: a Yeti Hopper Flip 12 portable cooler, Milwaukee jobsite earbuds, an adventure wine set, gift cards, and a spring fishing package.

U.P. Builders Show
The Marquette Builders Exchange and the Home Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula partnered for decades to hold the U.P. Builders Show. After some consideration, and reevaluating the missions of both organizations, it was decided to have the partnered U.P. Builders Show come to an end. The HBA of the U.P. will be moving forward with their own home show beginning in 2021. Thank you to all of the past vendors of the U.P. Builders Show!
